4chan Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 4chan platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 4chan as the platform operator. This agreement covers all aspects of platform use, including account registration, access to games, Sports Betting, financial transactions, and all other services provided.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this binding agreement. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4chan platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without a refund of any balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 4chan reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identification card or other supporting documents, as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate unauthorised access that was promptly reported to us. We strongly recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication for optimal account security.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 4chan platform for lawful entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems or servers
• Fraud, including the unauthorised use of another person's payment information
• Misusing bonuses or promotions in a manner contrary to the intended purpose of those promotions
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable local laws

4chan reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All transactions on the 4chan platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfer. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days of submission, subject to completion of all required verification checks.

4chan is not liable for any delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors. Should any transaction issue arise, users are required to contact our support team for assistance. All payment issues must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee the timeliness, security, or complete continuity of the service. 4chan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

All content, brand names, logos, designs, text, graphics, and visual elements on the 4chan platform are the intellectual property of 4chan or its licensors and are protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that operate independently of 4chan. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

6. Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law

4chan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by management. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any unused balance may not be recoverable.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

4chan reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal matters relating to this platform.
